2. What Would We Discuss in a Session?
That depepends on our initial conversation. We first need to determine if you would be a good fit. I do not accept more than 4 coaching clients at any one time, in order to provide the highest level of service. Most conversations follow this format: Connection and Focus of Call, Clarity on the Issue, Agreement on a Path, Consideration of Obstacles, Next Steps for Accountability. Coaching sessions run 45 minutes long and are customized to your specific needs and goals.
3. How much Does it Cost?
The more important question is “how much are your unaddressed issues costing you and your organzation?” I can guarantee that the solutions and insights we will discuss in our sessions will deliver significantly more value than your investment – due to my limited availability, though, packages start at $3500. Your desired outcomes and focus will help us determine the approiate length of our relationship, and being the right fit is more important than the fee.
