We’ll meet virtually (or in-person if you’re in the Atlanta area) for two focused 3-hour sessions with a lunch break in between.

Step 1: Pre-Session Strategy Call (30 minutes)
We’ll connect 1–2 weeks before your VIP Day to clarify your top challenges and define your outcomes. I’ll review your team’s current dynamics and prepare diagnostic tools tailored to your situation.

Step 2: Morning Session (3 hours)
