AI Will Not Fix Your Culture.
It Will Expose It.
A keynote for leaders who want AI to make their teams better, not just faster.
Every attendee leaves with a 30 day plan they can start on Monday
Some of them are doing it quietly.
Most leaders think they have a technology question. They have a culture question.
In a McKinsey survey run in late 2024, executives estimated that 4% of employees used generative AI for at least a third of their daily work. Employees said 13%. Leaders were guessing about their own teams.
In a 2026 PagerDuty survey of 1,250 office professionals, two thirds said they had used AI tools at work that they believed were not allowed. And 81% believed leadership follows different rules than everyone else.
That is not a software problem.
It is what happens when goals are fuzzy, people do not feel safe telling the truth, the rules are unclear, nobody owns the result, and good judgment goes unnoticed.
They feel pressure to adopt AI faster, improve productivity, and remain competitive…
And many are discovering that buying the technology is the easy part.
The harder questions are human ones:
Will our people embrace AI, resist it, or quietly use it in ways we don’t understand?
How do we encourage experimentation without exposing the business to unnecessary risk?
How do we help employees become more capable without making them fear they are becoming replaceable?
Who is responsible when AI produces something inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful?
How do we turn individual AI experiments into shared organizational improvement?
These aren’t primarily technology questions. They are questions about trust, expectations, leadership, accountability, and culture.
One framework. Five leadership actions.
Zero “tool of the month” confusion.
This keynote builds on my G.R.E.A.T. culture model, the framework I teach leaders to build stronger teams, and applies it to the biggest change most workplaces will face this decade.
Their attention is on tools, speed, competition, and implementation.
Their attention shifts to trust, clarity, behavior, and shared responsibility.
They have a framework, a set of leadership questions, and a practical 30-day starting point.

G Goals |
Give AI a purpose before you pick a tool, so activity turns into results. |
|
R Relationships |
Build the trust that gets people to tell you what they are really doing, and what worries them. |
|
E Expectations |
Draw a clear line for what AI can draft, what a person must decide, and what never goes into a tool. |
|
A Accountability |
Make sure a person owns every result, with review that matches the risk. |
|
T Thanks |
Recognize the judgment behind good work, so people repeat what you want repeated. |

This is not a product demo, and nobody needs to be technical.
Your people will think, talk with a neighbor, and work through a real example together. I will also introduce your conference attendees to the Culture Awareness Loop – which explains why a memo alone never changes team behavior.
No two rooms are the same.
Before your event, we talk about your approved tools, your policies, and what your leaders and frontline teams are most worried about, so the examples fit your world. If you use my Effective Leaders Workplace Culture Survey beforehand, I can use the results to focus the session.
The keynote starts the change. If you want to reinforce it, pair it with a facilitated team workshop or a 90 day leadership coaching program for the leaders who will carry it. I can build the follow up around the same Guide, so nothing has to be relearned.
The keynote gets people thinking.
The Guide gets them moving. It gives leaders one clear job each day for four weeks, and it works for a team of 5 or a team of 500.
I am a workplace culture keynote speaker, team building facilitator, executive coach, and author based in Atlanta. I spent 20 years coaching basketball before bringing the same lessons to corporate teams, and I have worked with organizations including Cisco, John Deere, the CDC, Emory University, Southern Company, and Ecolab.
I also founded and currently run AI System BOOST, where I help small and mid sized businesses put AI to work. So what I teach about AI comes from helping real teams adopt it, not from a slide deck about the future.
I am the author of six leadership books including Rapid Teamwork and What Effective Leaders DO, a certified DISC facilitator, and a member of the National Speakers Association.
No. I show one realistic example, but the keynote is about leadership and culture. Tools change every few months. The habits that make teams use them well do not.
Not at all. The keynote and the Guide are written for leaders and teams at every comfort level, including people who have never opened an AI tool.
The core keynote runs 55 minutes. We can adjust the length and add interaction to fit your agenda.
I show a code near the end of the keynote. Attendees scan it and the digital Guide is theirs. No books to ship and nothing to carry home.
No. I am a culture speaker, not a lawyer. Rules about AI and data are changing, so your legal and IT teams should own compliance. I help your leaders set clear expectations and build the trust to follow them.
Most clients book 60 to 180 days in advance for conferences and large events. Shorter lead times may be possible, so reach out as early as you can.
“Weeks after the event, our managers are still talking about it. You helped create a better understanding of why our teammates do what they do.”
Renee Silvey, HR Manager
Atlanta Women’s Healthcare Specialists
“It was an absolute honor working with Sean. He was extremely professional in customizing and delivering his message, and the audience was totally engaged.”

If you just heard me speak, here is the helpful guide I promised!
Your team is probably already using AI. Some quietly, some not at all. The tool is rarely the problem. The culture around it is. This guide gives you one clear job for each of 30 days, so you can test one real use of AI and build the habits and guardrails around it. It works for a team of 5 or a team of 500, and you do not need to be technical.
